Permaroof Material Price Guide
Price Example based on a roof size 5.7m x 2.4m (double sided)

Option (1) for standard sheeting in 0.5 polyester
List of materials required:

• 12 roof sheets at 2.4m long
• 2 ridge flashings at 3m long
• 4 barge flashings at 3m long
• 12 pairs of all weather fillers
• 200 of 32mm fixings (for roof sheets)
• 150 of 22mm fixings (for flashings)
• 350 colour caps

The Approx. Cost would be: £360 - £410 +VAT

Option (2) for permadri anti condensation sheeting in 0.5 Polyester
List of materials required:

• 12 permadri roof sheets at 2.4m long
• 2 ridge flashings at 3m long
• 4 barge flashings at 3m long
• 12 pairs of all weather fillers
• 2 rolls of purlin tape
• 200 of 32mm fixings (for roofing sheets)
• 150 of 22mm fixings (for flashings)
• 350 colour caps
• The Approx. Cost would be £440 - £500 +VAT

Option (3) insulated roof in 0.5 polyester
List of materials required:

• 12 roof sheets at 2.4m long
• 2 ridge flashings at 3m long
• 4 barge flashings at 3m long
• 12 pairs of all weather fillers
• 10 - 40mm insulation boards
• 12 t/bars
• 1 roll of silver jont tape
• 200 of 80mm fixings (for roofing sheets)
• 150 of 22mm fixings (for flashings)
• 350 colour caps

The approx cost would be £560 - £600 +VAT

Note: For any of the above, in 0.7 plastisol finished roofing sheets & flashings please add an additional £100 +VAT
